To support the learning process, swing videos will be used frequently throughout the lessons. This allows students to clearly see what we are working on during each session and provides videos they can reference afterward. In addition, students will receive video reviews through OnForm, offering further feedback and reinforcement between lessons.

TrackMan 4 allows us to remove the guesswork from golf instruction by providing precise data on both the golf ball and the club at impact. By measuring things like club path, face angle, launch angle, spin rate, and carry distance, we can clearly identify what is causing your ball flight and what needs to change.
This technology helps golfers better understand why the ball behaves the way it does, making swing changes easier to implement and progress easier to track. Combined with video analysis and structured drills, TrackMan ensures every lesson is focused, efficient, and built around measurable improvement.
Sportsbox AI
During lessons, we use Sportsbox AI to measure and analyze body movements throughout the swing. This technology captures key aspects of your motion, including posture, rotation, and sequencing, providing precise data that helps identify areas for improvement.
By combining visual feedback with measurable data, students gain a clearer understanding of their swing mechanics and can make more effective adjustments. Sportsbox AI allows us to track changes over time, ensuring each lesson is focused, structured, and built around measurable progress.
